Our venue may seat up to 200 guests for dinner, dancing & entertainment or ceremony event with seating. (May vary depending on event)
*Table/chairs included, upgrades available
All events are guaranteed 5hrs. of room time (set-up & clean up time included. Day time events may be from 11am-4pm & evening events may range from 5pm-2am, extra set up hours prior to 5pm may be added for $100/hr. & additional charge of $250/hr. after the 5th hour)

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
- Room fee due upon booking facility to hold date
- Payments are non-refundable, balance due 2 weeks prior day of event.
- $500 security deposit check due upon booking, deposit returned in full, provided there is no damage to venue.
ADDITIONAL COSTS AND SERVICES
- $1000 for sound and light engineers +use of production equipment for live music and/or DJ’s (no outside equipment allowed)
- Security required for parties of 100+ guests. $22.50/hr. (4hr min.)
- $250 for bridal/private room, available during entire event.
- Rental options available (Price varies on type) for linens, tables, chairs, décor and *tableware: plates, glasses & silverware. (Meeting may be scheduled to go over all style options and pricing)
- Catering packages available, starting at $20/person (a catering meeting may be scheduled to go over variety of packages.) *Outside caterers welcome with proper licensing and insurance.
- Host Bar options or drink tickets ($7 per ticket) available. +tax/gratuity
- Bartender/Server provided with fee, depending on size of the party.
